Weathercoat Vintage AR Primer

A premium acrylic co-polymer based, alkali-resistant exterior primer. It's perfect for use under emulsion or textured exterior coatings.

A premium quality alkali-resisting primer based on acrylic co-polymer designed to penetrate into, and seal the surface. It provides a sound base for improved adhesion of subsequent emulsion and conventional texture coating.


Finishes -Matt

Surface preparation Clean the surface thoroughly. Make sure it is dry and free of all dust, contaminants and fungal growth. Remove laitance (accumulation of particles on fresh concrete) with a wire brush or sweep blast. Previous coatings must be removed completely. Treat fungal growth with Fungicidal Solution. 

Application procedure Before applying Weathercoat Vintage AR Primer, stir the contents thoroughly. Ensure that the outside temperature is 30oC and that relative humidity is not greater than 85%. Apply evenly while avoiding runs and sags.
