Weathercoat Flex Primer is a water-based acrylic sealer with excellent penetration and adhesion to concrete, brick and plastered surfaces. Its excellent alkali resistance, durability and low toxicity make it the ideal choice.

Surface preparation Clean the surface thoroughly. Make sure it is dry and free of all dust, contaminants and fungal growth. Remove laitance (accumulation of particles on fresh concrete) with a wire brush or sweep blast. Previous coatings must be removed completely. Treat fungal growth with Berger Fungicidal Solution.

Application procedure Before applying Weathercoat Flex Primer, stir the contents thoroughly. Ensure that the outside temperature is 30^oC and that relative humidity is not greater than 85%. Apply evenly while avoiding runs and sags.
