Weathercoat Stoneshield Primer is a water-thinnable coating with good alkali-resisting properties. It is designed to provide a sound base for a Stoneshield secondary coat.

Surface preparation Clean the surface thoroughly. Make sure it is dry and free of all dust, contaminants and fungal growth. Remove laitance (accumulation of particles on fresh concrete) with a wire brush or sweep blast. Previous coatings must be removed completely. Treat fungal growth with Fungicidal Solution. 

Application procedure Before applying Weathercoat Stoneshield Primer, stir the contents thoroughly. Ensure that the outside temperature is 30oC and that relative humidity is not greater than 85%. Apply evenly while avoiding runs and sags.
