Remove weld spatter if necessary, rounding off all rough weld seams and sharp edges till the surface is smooth. Fill or treat surface defects. Make sure the surface to be coated is clean and dry. Non-ferrous metals such as GI, aluminium and copper must be wire brushed or sanded, and then thoroughly cleaned with the tool cleaner.
