Features
See allSurface preparation Prepare the surfaces by blasting (allow new surfaces to cure first). Acid etching is recommended, followed by a water wash. Remove dust with a vacuum pump. Apply Apcoflor Solvent Free Primer or HFP 120 primer. Apply two coats of primer on porous flooring.
Application procedure Mix the base and hardener as per instructions. Start screeding before the primer loses tack. Pour the entire Apcoflor HSC-3 Screed material and spread uniformly on the surface using a suitable trowel to get the required screed thickness. Tamp the laid material with a wooden float to ensure compactness. Finish the surface with a suitable steel trowel. Coverage will vary significantly based on the nature of the concrete surface.
