Case Study – Al Tasnim Tower, Ghala, Muscat

Dominating the skyline of Ghala this project was constructed by Al Turki Enterprises for their own corporate office (Ground + 2) and residential flats for their own employees from floor 3 to 8 . This building also has a showroom in the ground floor.

Berger AR Primer, Berger Stucco Putty, Royale Matt Interior Emulsion.

The client was looking for the best luxury finish and safest environment friendly products for interiors. The product recommended by Asian Paints Berger was the award winning Royale Luxury Matt Emulsion which has low VOC, APEO free, heavy metal free and low odour.

For exteriors the client wanted 10 year protection in water based products. Another key requirement was for a coating which was dust resistant. Ghala being in the middle of the Industrial zone has high ambient dust and the client wanted a top coaut with superior DPUR. For this, the Asian Paints Berger recommendation was for Berger Tex Primer, Weathercoat Acrylic Spray Compound, top coated with Weathercoat Ultra Matt which has superior DPUR and a 10 year Performance Promise.

They were impressed with the sampling done with this system and after looking at the certification and quality of the product they finalised it.

This site is located in Ghala near industrial area where there is lot of dust and which keep accumulating on the building walls. Use of Weathercoat Ultra with superior DPUR provided the client with an affordable, environment friendly solution which helped overcome this problem.

Once completed, Aal Tasnim Tower stands out in the Ghala area literally as a shining example with exterior facades showing little dust accumulation.
