System Description:

SmartCare Unyverseal GP Advanced is a premium acetic‑cure silicone sealant that vulcanizes on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomeric seal. It is suitable for general construction and glazing applications, providing excellent adhesion to non‑porous substrates such as glass, glazed ceramic tiles, and aluminium. Once cured, it offers resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and temperature extremes.
