System Description:
Epimastic 8000 GF is a two‑component, surface‑tolerant, high‑performance glass flake reinforced epoxy coating with high build, strength, and toughness. Designed for the most demanding applications such as splash and tidal zones, offshore superstructures, bridges, decks, and other aggressive exposures, it can function as a single‑coat maintenance system for onshore and offshore installations.

- Outstanding barrier and anti-corrosive performance.
- Excellent chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance.
- Compatible with sacrificial anode and impressed current systems.
- Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvanised Steel and Concrete structures in splash / tidal zone and buried vessels or pipelines in aggressive corrosion categories.
- Can be used as a single coat maintenance system.
- One coat high build film thickness up to 300µm DFT.
- As a general maintenance coating for on-shore and off-shore installations.
- Can be used as a non-slip deck coating with the appropriate anti-skid aggregates.
- Can be used in conjunction with Cathodic Protection.
- Suitable for up to CX Corrosivity Category as per ISO 12944-2
