System Description:

Epilux 85 FD is a high‑build, fast‑drying epoxy mid‑coat that can also function as an anticorrosive primer. It is designed to improve productivity in application; an MIO version is available for enhanced barrier protection.

Key Features

  • Can be also used as a self-priming and as a intermediate coat in heavy-duty coating systems for up to CX environment.
  • As a general maintenance coating for offshore installations.
  • As a maintenance coat for structural steel.
  • Meets the requirements of ISO 12944 Part 5, 2019 when used as part of a predefined paint system.
  • Good recoat-ability and curing in a wide range of climatic conditions.
