APCOTHERM EPN 200
APCOTHERM EPN 200 is a two‑component epoxy phenolic high‑build coating with high crosslink density, providing combined corrosion and chemical resistance at elevated temperatures. It is particularly suited for use under insulation to help mitigate corrosion under insulation (CUI) in demanding service conditions.

Properties
As a protective coating on Exposed, Insulated or Buried high temperature equipment.
Recommended as corrosion resistant barrier coat to protect steelwork under thermal insulation subjected to wet or dry thermal cycles from -196°C to + 230°C.
Self priming coating with excellent adhesion on blast cleaned steel.
Suitable for exposure to a wide range of corrosive environments and exterior of insulated or un-insulated steel pipeline, process equipments, vessels, etc., operating continuously upto 200°C and intermittently at 250°C.
Excellent resistance to “Thermal Shock” experienced during rapid heating and cooling conditions.
Suitable as a topcoat upto C5 / CX Corrosivity Category as per ISO 12944.
