SmartCare PU Foam Insulator 45–50 is a two‑component spray‑applied rigid polyurethane foam insulation system. The polyol and isocyanate components react on application to form a uniform, closed‑cell insulation layer applied in multiple passes over roofs, walls, and basement surfaces. With a density range of 45–50 kg/m³, the system provides a balanced combination of thermal insulation performance, dimensional stability, and substrate adhesion, supporting long‑term energy efficiency of the building envelope.
