SmartCare Polyurethane HPR
SmartCare Polyurethane HPR is a single-component, water-based waterproofing membrane based on modified polyurethane hybrid technology. Applied by roller, brush, squeegee, or spray, it forms a flexible, seamless, UV-resistant membrane. Designed especially for exposed roof applications, it delivers long-term waterproofing with excellent UV colour stability and ease of application.

Waterproofing of wet areas like bathrooms, toilets, public showers & kitchens.
Protective and decorative coating on exposed concrete surfaces (both vertical and horizontal).
Forms a highly elastomeric, tough and resilient membrane.

Pitch coal tar free.
