System Description:
Steelshield 1100 is formulated from unsaturated polyester resin, inert fillers, and fiberglass reinforcement to deliver strong chemical resistance and barrier properties. It is intended for protective lining and barrier applications where chemical durability is required.

- High build & Fast curing barrier coating.
- Suitable for use as a highly chemically resistant lining.
- Protection against water, chemicals, solvents, abrasion and mechanical abrasion.
- Pre-qualified in accordance with NORSOK Standard M-501 systems
- Internal lining of chemical storage tanks and pipes, and for structural steelwork in environments where resistance to chemical attack is required.
- Excellent resistance in both aliphatic and aromatic organic solvents, organic and inorganic acids, alkalis.
- New construction equipment used in hydrocarbon, aqueous and corrosive chemical environment.
